but yes! Summer! I hope that everyone had a good education season or whatever. I don't really remember the last couple of months...I'm pretty sure I was consumed by a time vortex of some manner. All I knew was print studio and on one hand it was marvelously productive, but on the other it was sort of like disappearing. Very stressful business yes. All I have to say to anyone looking to do post-secondary is that if you can manage it, don't have a job outside of school if you can help it and especially not a job that's emotionally soul sucking. Which is a good segue into saying that I quit my job and have been slacking off this past month with useless doodles, going to shows, going to movies (avengers!) and riding my bike. Currently nursing an annoying low grade cold thing that involves a lot of phlegm.

Other than that, I've been gearing up to write a big bang for a Dean/Cas comm on livejournal because you know, watching the show (or not watching, as most of season seven has been for me) isn't agony enough, i need to go through the agony of a fix-it! mentality. 50k words, here I come. Speaking of television agony though! I started watching House again because of all the drama and oh  my gosh, rip my heart out and blend it into some sick health drink, it is so much paaaain. Not because it's bad, mind, but because for the first time in a long time (i left when i sensed huddy becoming a thing) I feel like the writing is actually good. Buh.

Anyways, this quitting my job thing was probably the best thing I've done in a while. I felt like every time I was walking into work I was walking into a crisis. Naturally, a week after I quit they deliver a subpoena for me to appear as a witness for a court date this winter. I guess you never escape...but anyways, I feel a lot healthier, mentally.

Oi! I'm going to New York next month for a couple weeks...partly for a school thing, partly to just go to New York because I think that i should got there and see what it's all about. smelly hostels, here i come~

Then, when i get back, I'll be doing some summer courses. Plan is to finish a semester early in fourth year if i take 3 classes this summer and another three the following. We'll see how that ship sails.

Anyways, just wanted to prove that I'm not dead.
